Plant life at home means there is a lot of green stuff in the house, that can survive in my care 😀 In this water color piece I painted some leaves of different plants and I wanted to put the collage on a dark background. I just started doodling leaves randomly from the middle and outward, not really stressing what comes out of it. I did not make any sketch either).

So overall this piece had tons of layering of color, continued in multiple sessions, but I preferred to use water color to make this piece, e.g. instead of more opaque gouache. I just like the layering and transparency with watercolor.
