On the second day of painting course, we went to the forest near university main campus. The assignment guidelines were using pointillism and to find a spot with enough depth / distance. I did not have in my chosen spot visibility to great distances. I was a bit uphill in more shadowy area within the forest and there was a nice brightness behind the forest downhill in the more open field.

I painted using water color, first just painted all the forms and color and then started adding dots (or some kind of spots) for some details.
